Hi guys this is the FAQ for appcloud, you can read in here about appcloud configuration, and this faq will expand depend on question that we get:
Question: When install this themes I get message “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpsc_have_products() in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/themes/appcloud/index.php on line 176″
Answer: If you using WP-ecommerce 3.7.4 you will meet this error. Please put the version 3.6.9. “we have test ini version 3.7.4 everything fine”
Question: I have problem, when I click any page in website, website can’t find the page with message “file not found”
Answer: Please check your .htaccess and make sure your mod_rewrite has been activated
Question: Do you provide the blog view?
Answer: We not yet provide this.
Question:do i have to create a folder for each sectio, for example thevtrip.com/about for about and so forth, because it doenst seem to be working on my server at all.
Answer: no you don’t need create any folder for about, just create pages about in wp-admin.
Question:is it possible to have the main content slider (featured aps) auto-play? Like a slideshow?
Answer: Yes you can do that, please change autostep: {enable:false, moveby:1, pause:3000} in the javascript code, to autostep: {enable:true, moveby:1, pause:3000}

Awesome theme! I do have a couple of questions though, I can’t get the sidebar to show when using the appcloud theme for the e-commerce plugin and for some reason it doesn’t let me change the thumbnail size to something bigger. Does it always gave to be 60×59? Thanks a lot!

Great theme – the only one I have seen that is great for a start up business with only a couple of products available so far but others to add over time.
My problem is that the images on the first slider are positioned too far left and overlap the text. I have tried all I can think of but no change.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.

For the FREE AppCloud you should add product_image in custom meta at Product page menu. but in PREMIUM AppCloud you can add in our CMS Product menu and add more multiple images

i purchased premium appcloud yesterday. I have the wpcontent theme up and working, so the home page carousel is working fine and I can upload products, info and images. However, the wpecommerce plugin theme does not show up in my drop down themes selection in settings in the products, all i keep seeing is default, ishop and marketplace.
So my product pages aren’t being formatted and are in default state, which looks like crap. Can someone lend me a hand. Why isn’t the CSS file being read?

Did you copy the plugin/wp-e-commerce/themes/appcloud folder from the zip file into the plugin/wp-e-commerce/themes/ on your running website ?

Hi. So far, I like the theme, but there are a few things in the free version that I can’t do.
1. I cannot post big pictures for each product (or I don’t know how)
2. When clicking on the shopping cart, nothing displays
3. When checking out and completing ALL information to make a purchase, it refreshes the page and says “You must select a shipping method, otherwise we cannot process your order.”
4. When on products page and clicking browse ‘all category’, I get a 404 error.
I really want to get the full version, but want to test out the product and am already having problems. please help. thank you.

You can read in my document file number 6, how to upload big picture
please add product_picture at advance option in custom meta and input your big picture link

You must active the purchase widget belong to wp-ecommerce in WIDGET, after that you can see it what you purchase

Hello!
I went threw the readMe document but the free AppCloud theme plugin doesnt show, it shows the product page on the on the blogs theme page but not the actually appCloud layout theme.
And yea it is definitely installed on my running server.
